Soul, Psyche, vital principle, enlivening force...

o What is my Soul and what does it do?
o How can my Soul make me ill or healthy?
o What happens to my Soul when I die?
o Do I have a Soul, or many Souls?

Souls—extensions of ourselves that only a few of us can see—affect every one of us. Many cultures say that these parts of us can travel outside the body, can fetch things or information, can live past our body's death and return to the flow of the Infinite. How every culture defines the structure of the human soul or souls has also determined their beliefs about humankind's purpose in living.

We have many souls and their purpose in life is simply TO LIVE, IN JOY!

Now you can learn a flexible, all-inclusive magical system of understanding and practice that will give you the power to access these subtle organs, attached to your physical frame—organs that we call "souls"—a word that cannot even be directly traced to a definite origin!

o Cope with all that influences your souls, from the physical, to the lower and upper astral planes
o Create lines of clear communication between your souls
o Keep in healthy relation to your souls, for when these souls misalign, when communication breaks down between them, or when we stifle or deny their expressions in our everyday lives, physical, mental and spiritual disturbances arise

This series of classes will take 3-4 hours per class, every Saturday for 13 weeks. There will be home work and in-class experiences, exercises and lectures, leading to a personal daily spiritual practice.

I had a habit once, of ignoring details and obligations until it was way too late to hit my goal on them,... that became, ignoring these up to the last minute, then doing an OK job on them,... that became, ignoring them until that exact razor edge of "now or I will be behind,..."

In coming out of my health/death in the family/stressed and out-of-vacation time slump - because I am not in this habit anymore, I find I am picking back up the pieces where I left them. I am on schedule.

The fear of being behind in my work, job, projects, volunteering and study, goaded me into tiny, daily action on all fronts. Tiny actions accumulated into progress. Now, fear of falling short I find I can do kala on, releasing the remainder of that energy to G O D for Hir to redistribute.

I find myself here-now-clean, properly prepared for life, where before were dark spots of doubt, leading to fear, leading to error and disconnects.

Praise be to Will - mindful intention in action (with a tip of the hat @ Thorn) - the Roads between Sephiroths.

Reclaiming Spirit Recommends:

The Divine Twins - Paradox and Ecstasy in the Feri Tradition of Witchcraft

A One Day Workshop

Saturday, January 23, 2010*

10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Honoring the dynamic tension between shadow and light, we will explore the polarity of the Feri Divine Twins. The exploration will take us through the heart of our own paradox. The push and pull of the Twins in each of us will fuel our journey. Our destination is the rich divine grace of Melek Taus, Feri Peacock God.

Just as we can work with the twin nature of each of the Feri Gods, so can each person work with a personal twin nature whose polarity is an engine of change. Each of us can be thoughtful, considered, deliberate as well as rash, reactive, surprising. Feri honors all of our facets, our totality. Standing in this wholeness is the way to our divine nature.

Through Divine Ritual, Trance and Song we will encounter the Divine Twins and dive deep into polarity, paradox, and mystery.

Participants should have some experience with pagan ritual (Reclaiming Elements of Magic recommended, or equivalent).

* Participants in this workshop are strongly encouraged to co-create a public ritual with Brook based upon Feri Divine Twins on the following Friday, January 29, 2010.

Facilitator:

Brook
Brook is an Feri initiate of Anne Hill, Gwydion, and Rose May Dance. He puts a distinctly Reclaiming http://www.reclaiming.org spin into his Feri teaching. The focus of Brook's teaching is direct experience and reflection, empowerment of the participants, co-teaching, emotional safety, and decision making through consensus. Recently, Brook helped knit the Gwydion Penderwyn, Victor Anderson and Reclaiming Feri lines back together within his initiatory descendants.

We welcome all genders, all races, all ages and sexual orientations and all those differences of life situation, background and ability that increase our diversity. We strive to make our public rituals and events accessible and safe. We try to balance the need to be justly compensated for our labor with our commitment to make our work available to people of all economic levels.

Reclaiming is a community of women and men working to unify spirit and politics. Our vision is rooted in the religion and magic of the Goddess, the Immanent Life Force. We see our work as teaching and making magic; the art of empowering ourselves and each other. In our classes, workshops, and public rituals, we train our voices, bodies, energy, intuition, and minds. We use the skills we learn to deepen our strength, both as individuals and as community, to voice our
concerns about the world in which we live, and bring to birth a vision of a new culture. For more about the Reclaiming Tradition, please visit www.reclaiming.org
